I represent both sellers and buyers having earned the CRS (Certified Residentail Specialist) and ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative). We are members of the Indianapolis, Fishers and Lawrence Chambers of Commerce. We are an independant brokerage with no affiliation with any franchise. We also work with a number of investors buying single and multi family properties. Our focus has increasingly turned to the internet over the past five years not only to market the properties we list but to attract new buyers and investors as well.
