I have 14+ years of IT experience with the last 8+ years involved in management (Solution Delivery and Business Development, Project Management). As Project Manager at Rockwell Automation, I have been involved in “cradle to grave†delivery of software products in the industrial automation, control and information systems space. Most recently, these projects were delivered using SCRUM – an agile development methodology. Currently working on a $80M+, three year project to develop a next generation visualization product. As Founder / President of Noetic Solutions, I have had excellent experience doing Sales presentations, conducting Feasibility Studies, writing commercial and technical project proposals, and managing resources and projects from concept to completion. In addition, I have provided leadership in the implementation of process and change management procedures to deliver projects using a global delivery model with our offshore development center in Chennai, India. I have also worked on developing programs which fostered professional and personal growth among the team members. As part of the Solution Delivery team, I have managed and implemented complex supply chain projects for Fortune 500 companies - such as Toshiba, GoldKist, Exel (Xerox, Visteon, Mead) etc. – as well as small to medium sized e-Business / e-Learning projects for Commercial Communications, Sparta Social Networks, Capital Institutional Services, Candeos etc. As part of the Product Management team, I have worked on the product roadmap, literature and architecture of nNewsletter – a permission based email communication solution. A keen insight into how business processes should be engineered to deliver efficient and scalable solutions, coupled with my strong analytical and communication skills have allowed me to facilitate projects from varying domains, sizes and complexity.
