Sean Bumstead brings with him 14+ years of experience working within both large and small corporate settings, effectively developing, managing, and implementing Information Technology and eCommerce solutions. He has a keen understanding for the processes and measurements associated with application development, from cradle to grave. He started his career at in the 1980's at Creative Universal, a tier one resource for the automotive industry. There he leveraging cutting edge Computer Aided Design (CAD) systems, developing intricate wire-frame diagrams and concept models for both the Chevrolet’s Corvette and Pontiac Fiero programs. Over the years Mr. Bumstead went on to work for a variety of industries including military, furniture, manufacturing and advertising. At each he increased his knowledge and understanding for computer and networking technologies and took on greater levels of responsibility managing budgets, staff and department operations. In 1997 Mr. Bumstead began working for General Motors Corporation. His initial project involved the development of GM’s employee Web Portal, SOCTATES. He is also credited for developing the company’s first Web design guidelines. Progressing through the company, he routinely managed many large-scale initiatives, including a Web-based inventory management system, electronic parts catalog and vehicle issues resolution system. In 2006 Mr. Bumstead started a successful custom guitar manufacturing company where he outsources the development of limited production custom electric guitars.
