I'm currently pursuing my baseball career and trying to get into affiliated baseball. The past season I played independent baseball for the Rockford Riverhawks and Southern Illinois Miners. As of now I'm training and working in Minneapolis during the off season and preparing myself to have a stellar season in 2011. I'm working out with sports performance specialist Rob Duggan at his gym Northloop fitness as well as Tom Buske at Acceleration Minnesota. Offering knowledge and experience to sport training is an area where I'm progressing as I continue to learn everyday. I hope the content that I offer helps you reach the goals that you pursue.
