My name is Patricia Shea and I am an artist/surface designer who LOVES to bake, make, photograph, illustrate and eat desserts. I decided to do this blog in order to celebrate the wonderful world of illustration, decoration, painting and sculpture both by myself and those I admire, to showcase my new artwork and say "HOORAY" for CAKE, actually more like dessert but I like cake best and it's a nicer word visually!! In particular I will make, photograph and publish English desserts, known in Britain as 'puddings', in all their infinite, and sometimes questionable glory, I will try to make these desserts from as many local Maine ingredients as possible and thus reduce my 'food miles'.Thanks for taking a look, let me know what you think!!!
