Prior to joining LinkedIn, I worked as a business solutions account manager at ATT serving a mid-market sized customer base in Southern California. In this role I was responsible for maintaining and growing my module and selling all products across ATTs wireless, wire-line, and cloud services portfolio. In that role I was responsible for business development in my territory including all prospecting. I found success leveraging the insights and relationships of my LinkedIn network to create warm-call introductions into prospects. Clients found my approach much more welcoming than the cold calls and door knocking strategy of competing providers and I began to see an immediate increase in pipeline. In my current role as a Relationship Manager at LinkedIn I have the opportunity to share my passion for social selling helping other sales teams build pipeline with LinkedIns Sales Navigator.
