As an ExactTarget trainer, I have conducted over onsite and virtual ExactTarget trainings for ExactTarget's own clients and DEG's clients. My onsite trainings have been conducted for clients all over the United States and Canada my virtual trainings have been delivered to English-speaking clients around the world. Additionally, I've implemented over new cleints to ExactTarget's Marketing Cloud. I have an expanding knowledge of marketing automation too, in particular salesforce.com's Pardot. Very excitingly, Pardot trained me at their headquarters to be one of their first partners to deliver implementations to their own clients, and I have been leading these implementations since I am always interested in learning new marketing software and have a working knowledge of Litmus, Wistia, Eventbrite, WebEx, and Basecamp.
