Back in the late 's, business was a boomin' in the oil fields of East Texas If you were a "in the oilfield" selling anything else that could help a unit "come in" you hobnobbed at the country club. My parents decided that golf was the sport of choice for us and I started playing at the age of six. My mother was my disciplinarian and my loudest cheerleader when it came to my golf. Her only advice was if I swung twice and missed, "Pick it up and throw it as hard as you can, Brandi Jo" Golf is what I love to do with everyone I care about. Golf is the greatest game that you will never master. You are your own referee and your closest competitor is yourself. As a junior golfer I dreamed of someday playing all around the world and becoming a golf legend. Looking back now, I have accomplished one of those dreams and I am still living it today. Claudia and I travel extensively every year to play tournaments at some of the finest golf courses around the world. We share a passion for a game that not only judges your talent but also your heart, your integrity and your character. In my twenties, golf was my profession. I played on various tours around the world and competed against todays legends. I was more interested in looking like I was a professional golfer than actually playing like one. In late , I moved to Scottsdale, Arizona under the impression that real professional golfers lived in arid landscapes and practiced every day, all day and become elite golfers. That lifestyle really wasnt for me. Playing golf with friends of friends one day I was targeted by a financial advisor to join his team. Now you know what this meant dont you It means he knows you are great with people and you never meet a stranger. To him this also meant never having a bad day on the golf course with his clients This was my first taste of the financial industry and I loved it I was hooked Do you want to know why I love this business so much Because of you of course
