I began my career in biotechnology where I had a lead role in the development and launch of over commercial products in the following sectors pharmaceutical, neutraceutical, agricultural, consumer and industrial all based on environmentally sound and technologically disruptive technologies at a publically traded company named SafeScience, Inc. (aka Glycogenesys). I later founded Jenitech, a biotech consulting company where I worked with organizations to help upgrade and improve their business and marketing strategies, prepare and present financial presentations to aid in the fund raising process, streamline and speed up their product development processes, create higher conversion and more relevant sales collateral, upgrade and strealine their operations quality control policies, and various other business development processes. Currently I am senior partner with Bryan Franklin at Mi Contra Fa, Inc. (and California Leadership Center www.california-leadership.com) which provides executive coaching services and high value transformational, leadership, and entreprenuership programs. Together we have Co-Created and Co-Taught various high-end entrepreneurial and leadership programs which combine our knowledge and expertise in the areas of sales, marketing, leadership, collaborative systems, NLP, family systems, the mechanics of change, facilitation, and human transformation (www.jennifersrussell.com).
