Debbie Greer lives. Another positive change took place in 1995, when Debbie adjusted the corporate structure once again. She shifted her focus from finding and servicing clients and candidates herself to leading her company and providing the direction and management that has continued to foster our growth. Changes to the corporate structure and a growing marketplace led to a slight name change for the company in 1997. The Greer Group, Inc. name evolved from a careful look at our position in the marketplace and the expanding services offered to clients and candidates. No longer just a personnel firm, it seemed appropriate to select a name that would continue to grow with our goals. The principles of strong business ethics and innovation on which Debbie Greer founded her company in 1986 still provide the direction for our staff today. We continually look for new ways to enhance our services and our professional growth as a company. Specialties The Greer Group staff builds solid working relationships with each one of our clients.
