Hello, my name is Diane Colonna, born and raised in Brooklyn, New York, now residing in Las Vegas, Nevada. I have my own home here and share it with my oh so loving Shih Tzu named Kodi. Mom and Dad have retired many years back at the age of 62 when my father was diagnosed with Prostate Cancer, needless to say my Dad fought so hard to live and pulled through when doctors told him it was too late, the cancer had spread too far. My Mom being in the medical field at that time, was was given a Professors name at Mt. Sinai Hospital who was no longer accepting new patients. As a favor for some reason he met with my Dad and to make a long story short and a long painful road ahead he chose to operate on Dad and saved his life, thank you Professor! My Dad is now 80 years old and is the biggest inspiration in my life. I owe everything to him or I would not be who I am today, a strong believer and a fighter at life or should I just say, persistence, coupled with absolute belief, can never be defeated.
