I have multiple personalities, and being an entrepreneur who designs and develops software, I get to enjoy those different personalities on a daily basis. Somedays, I spend the whole day managing the operations of our startup business. Others I have my headphones on and I'm writing Ruby on Rails code all day or creating web or direct marketing designs, or creative directing talented creatives and web designers. Every day I'm obsessed with user experience and making sure that that visitors to our sites and users of our platform have the easiest and most fulfilling visit. I am a advisory board with Social Media Club St. Louis and have managed web and marketing projects for various sized clients including Nissan Infiniti, St. Louis Children's Hospital, ANY LAB TEST NOW, and others. After doing this for a while, I've realized I enjoy working with growing businesses because it's a lot easier to see the needle move.
