Hi, my name is Connie Hernando, Here's some info about me. Â I'm a mom of 5 boys, married to a wonderful man. Â Love spending time with the family, always looking for things to do with my family without spending a ton. When I'm not spending time with the boys, I enjoy taking care of all the handyman jobs around the house. Â I have a very creative mind and tend to figure out how to make things work my way. Â My latest favorite have to have daily, is my Shakeology. Â I drink this shake everyday for breakfast. Â It cleans out my system right down to my cells. Â It's like my coffee fix, but its a meal.,My favorite workout is INSANITY. I have to schedule my workouts to fit in my full day raising 5 boys and also being a Distributor for many Fitness programs by Beachbody.,Human Services,Criminal Justice,Art and Applied Science
