Self-organizing groups are collectives whose members are surprised and delighted by what they become and do together. Self-organizing work groups are spontaneous groups, created from within, to accomplish work of the moment. Community is a space in which we go out of our way to make others, including strangers, feel welcome. Collective Self supports community by learning with and as communities and self-organizing groups and work groups. Dr. Lori Kane and friends document what the groups are learning about themselves. Lori has spent 15,000+ conscious hours learning as and with these groups. She blogs weekly at www.collectiveself.com and speaks and consults on the subjects. This community-created and supported organization exists to learn and works with people, communities and organizations drawn to what community and self-organizing groups demonstrate about us as human beings. Specialties how community, self-organizing groups, and self-organizing work groups emerge, thrive, and smartly end (or smartly don't) and ideas for learning as and researching living collectives
