Objective I enjoy opportunities to work together with talented people, to create opportunities for continuing education, to practice archaeology and museum education, and to conserve traditional cultures. I continue to seek further education, ethnographic research, and program management experience. Key Qualifications • Revised National Register for Historic Places nomination texts for Florida properties. • Managed old masters in traditional arts in public programs. • Conducted archaeological research in the Southeast US, sharing reports with land managers. • Wrote reports from the field and program booklet essays summarizing folklife research. • Designed workshops for festivals, museums, and schools. • Taught children, college students, elders, families and audiences of all ages to appreciate folklife, prehistory, history, humanities, literature, languages, art, music, and special education. • Elected officer and board member for UGA chapel, public employees’ union, and traditional music & dance preservation groups.
