I am a tech savvy Realtor at REMAX Advantage Plus in Spring Park, MN with a focus on the West Metro. I also have a presence in Dakota County where I worked lived for many years. My primary focus is both buyers and sellers of residential homes. I provide full service, including a home stager professional photographer at my expense, while doing so at a fee that is typically less than most other Realtors charge. In , my first full year as a Realtor, I sold homes and was in REMAX's Executive Club which recognizes their top of agents. In , I qualified for Executive Club again selling homes. was my best year yet with homes sold and I qualified for a higher award, Club, which goes to the top of REMAX associates. In just years I have sold more than M in residential real estate. In addition to helping clients I am also a real estate investor and property manager. As of October I have purchased properties as rentals doing all my own property management and am happy to pass on that knowledge to investors.
