My team is delivering new tools, applications and devices focused on supporting Northern's employees and keeping them connected while working with clients away from their office. With years in Product Management and Development, I've worked on the development of applications to support trust and investment account administration, client trust statements and Northern's client facing web application, Private Passport. Prior to working in Product Management, I worked for years with clients in administering Trust at Northern Trust. I have a passion for mobility, user focused experiences and visual thinking.
