Justin Fitzgerald lives of those involved. Although employed positions (such as those listed in the "experience" section of my profile) can offer this ability to impact the world around me, I continue to use my skills outside of work to accomplish a similar end. Through my work with Give a Wig, a recent start-up nonprofit focused on providing free wigs to cancer patients, I have helped create their communication plans and materials, including creation of a website and letters asking for corporate donations and participation. I have also walked along side this organization through the process of gaining its 501(c)3 tax status. Also as a volunteer, I have been able to continue using my leadership skills to coach the growth and/or development of six ministry teams focused on engaging new people at Frontline of McLean Bible Church. With over 100 new people attending each month, I help develop strategy and goals to best grow our team of over 30 volunteers and eight leaders so they are best able to accomplish the goals of their individual teams.
