I love cooking on the fly, off the cuff, willy nilly, etc. I read cookbooks like novels from start to finish and twice if they have pictures. I use recipes as resources and for constant inspiration for creating my own twist on well, everything. I measure nothing (unless baking) and taste everything I live for every chance I get to chop or saute or bake. It is my therapy, my outlet and my joy.
