Jean Lyons lives into consideration for enhancing lives. Waterloo Counseling Center, Inc. experienced a stabilized and balanced income and expense position during my tenure. Funding has been greatly diversified and the annual budget has doubled since 2007 when I accepted the position at WCC. I was responsible for programs totalling a million dollars in budgets while at Any Baby Can. I developed new programs as well as strengthening existing programs. We merged with another nonprofit during my tenure and were very successful in stabilizing that endeavor. My goals are to continue to assist in the development and strengthening of both individuals and organizations. Specialties Administration and management, planning, program integration and stabilization are all areas of specialty. As a clinician I am trained in EMDR and cognitive behavioral modalities of treatment.
