I have served in administrative and clinical leadership positions in the mental health profession for over thirty years. I recently moved to Dallas to accept a position with Aetna Insurance as a Clinical Liaison. My position works within Aetna's Integrated Care model which seeks to bring the physical, psychological and social components of their members lives into consideration for enhancing lives. Waterloo Counseling Center, Inc. experienced a stabilized and balanced income and expense position during my tenure. Funding has been greatly diversified and the annual budget has doubled since 2007 when I accepted the position at WCC. I was responsible for programs totalling a million dollars in budgets while at Any Baby Can. I developed new programs as well as strengthening existing programs. We merged with another nonprofit during my tenure and were very successful in stabilizing that endeavor. My goals are to continue to assist in the development and strengthening of both individuals and organizations. Specialties Administration and management, planning, program integration and stabilization are all areas of specialty.
