My personal approach had been to stay true to the core principles of project management, project controls management and construction management. The program was designed to realize the contributions I made as an admin to give me the opportunity for increase wages and a better quality of life. The time I spent in the USACE UMP was packed with an array of college level courses from Leadership Development to Performing Statistical Analysis for calculating Program and Project Risks to Network Analysis System, so I can be sure that all of the best practices are realized and are in accordance with the published schedule specifications. At completion of the USACE UMP, I was a grade level GS-- Management Analyst. Specialties Substantiated skill in Earned Value Management (EVM) in accordance with ANSIEIA Standard , particularly establishing control accounts and EVM methodstypes for individual work packages. I have an Understanding of and experience with Federal CPIC (Capital Planning Investment Control) process and related reporting to OMB (Office of Management Budget).
