Im a customer-centric marketer with a focus on qualifying and understanding the needs, motivations and pain points that drive consumer behavior. This understanding serves as the foundation for my work in business and marketing strategy, product development and content marketing. As a Lean Startup practitioner, I incorporate proven methods to identify viable solutions before going too far down the wrong path. My hands-on approach is to build a tactical plan for each new product idea that includes clearly defined customer segments, hypothesized customer problems and prototype solutions, revenue models, experiment design, early adopter prospecting and validated learning one-on-one interviews, surveys, and data analysis with recommendations for pivots (small and large) to founders and executive team. I also have experience in managing small teams and agency relationships, online advertising and social content campaigns, business development, and economic development.
