I love what I do and look for any opportunities to increase my experience and knowledge. I have aligned interactive candidate recruiting strategies to diversify tools, increase qualified candidate flow all while reducing cost by 3.2 million over a period of 2 years. I currently oversee global Internet Interactive Recruiting Strategies that include the incorporation of Social Media and SEO for Manpower North America, Staffing, Professional and RPO divisions in regard to recruiting talent. Manage 3rd party off-shore India sourcing relationship, align and train team for effectiveness in addition to overseeing the US portion of the global Cross Border program. Align business needs with interactive job board utilization. Diversify current interactive recruiting methods to increase candidate interest. Work with interactive marketing developing strategic initiatives for overall Manpower internet candidate acquisition presence and performance. Develop new posting and passive strategies to attract top talent. Negotiate contracts and maintain relationships with the major boards. Train recruiters on effective job ads and finding passive candidates. Conduct candidate market analysis and develop comprehensive strategic sourcing plans that are specific to a skillset, client and location. Assist sales in RFP responses, pricing and solution design. Assess large accounts to increase revenue, efficiency and service levels. I also have my own consulting business that I have put on-hold due to working for Manpower, but someday hope to go back to consulting.
