For the past ten years I have helped companies in a variety of industries communicate effectively with their customers and prospects. From to , I worked in the New Jersey headquarters of Beneficial Management Corp., where I served in their Electronic Commerce department. At Beneficial, and later Household Finance, I helped develop and manage the Chairman's vision to give consumers on-line access to a wide variety of consumer finance products. From through , I was Director of Marketing for NetStruxr, a corporate real estate transaction platform headquartered in San Francisco. There I managed virtually all marketing and PR initiatives, and worked closely with the principals to secure venture funding. After earning my MBA from The University of Washington, I went to work for RealNetworks, where I managed worldwide email marketing operations, as a Sr. Manager of Consumer and Web Marketing. From to I served as VP, Deliverability Strategic Services for PulsePoint (formerly Datran Media CONTEXTWEB), where I helped some of Americas top brands optimize their email marketing and social media programs. I'm currently Vice President of Professional Services at extole - the leading Consumer-to-Consumer (CC) Social Marketing Platform for brands to tap into the power of customer advocates. Extole's launch, client services, creative and "labs" teams all roll up under me.
