I have a demonstrated knack for identifying necessary talent and working creatively (contract, consultant, etc.) to obtain the required resources to complete the job. I have a strong and diverse network and I am confident in my team's ability to gel in order to meet the project objectives. I'm able to build teams that are driven, dynamic, skilled, creative, and rigorous. I have an entrepreneurial spirit and focus on execution with a combination of speed, rigor, and integrity. I am active in large-scale engineering projects in mining, automotive, defense, machinery, and energy sectors. I've worked for OEMs, suppliers, consultancies, and engineering software development firms, so I've seen industries from many sides.
