I took Kierseys Temperment/Meyers-Briggs test in a leadership course I was invited to take at my university. The results said that I was in between these two personality types The Fieldmarshal http://keirsey.com/personality/ntej.html and The Inventor http://keirsey.com/personality/ntep.html In both cases the type of person that I am exists in at most only 2% of the population, yes I'm a rare breed. I took this test, created by the chair of the American Psychological Association, to determine my signature strengths http://www.authentichappiness.org/ My signature strengths (in order) are 1) Playfulness 2) Love of learning 3) Creativity and ingenuity There are dozens of other potential character strengths (like kindness, citizenship, etc) but those 3 are my strongest. I think this analysis is true because Ive found myself most joyful in creative playful brainstorming or at the opening of doors to new knowledge, ideas, and perceptions. Nothing matters to me nor could make my contribution to the world better than if I were to maximize my own happiness and spread that joy to others. Therefore my personal pursuit of happiness-whatever path I go down- is my first priority all else comes second. I make no apologies for the relentless pursuit of wisdom and happiness.
