Having been a longtime fan and participant of open wheel racing, it was time to launch this Blog and start a companion printed publication. I grew up with Midget and Sprint Car racing in my blood, and was fortunate to travel the Western United States and a small part of Canada thanks to racing (and my family). I was the Media Director for about three years for BCRA, then moved on due to managerial decisions in that organization. While there, I was writer, newsletter editor, Web manager and also produced the Monthly Newsletter. Since then, I also did some PR for the defunct ASCS Pacific Region Midgets, and now focus on PR for race teams (currently writing releases for McQueen Racing) and freelancing for publications such as NSSN, MotoRacing and Flat Out.
