I am the Director of User Experience at Magnani Caruso Dutton.  I've worked for MCD since March of 2000, and have been working professionally with the Internet since 1997. I head up a team of IAs, and we work to make websites easier for people to use.  My work at MCD has won an Emmy and a Peabody award.
