Timothy P. Boyle (age 57) has served on the Board of Directors since 1978. Mr. Boyle joined the Company in 1971 as General Manager and has served as President and Chief Executive Officer since 1988. Mr. Boyle is also a member of the board of directors of Northwest Natural Gas Company and Widmer Brothers Brewing Company.
