Since 1996, Mr. Michel has been a Principal of Switzerland based CIMA Consulting, AG, of which he was a founder, and which provides financial and fund raising services in the form of venture capital, private equity, and bridge loan facilities. From 1980 to 1996, he served in various capacities at Swiss Bank Corporation in Zurich, Switzerland.
