THOMAS F. KRAMER retired from his medical practice in 1993. He was a specialist in obstetrics and gynecology and is a member of various medical organizations. Dr. Kramer is a member and past president of the St. Mary Chapter of the Louisiana Landmark Society and an officer of the Rotary Club of Franklin. He served for twelve years on the Council of the Shadows on the Teche, a property of the National Trust for Historic Preservation.
