Stephen Parsons is an educational consultant who works with the Nova Scotia Community College (NSCC) and has particular interests in Educational Technology and Digital Portfolio.Stephen holds an undergraduate degree in Vocational Education, Masters Degree in Information Technology Education and a Diploma in Applied IT. As a Curriculum Consultant at NSCC, Stephen leads several technology initiatives for the Academic Systems and Processes Committee and he is a Coach for the College’s new Learning College Faculty Portfolio.
