Growing up in Washington, DC, where the industry of arts culture is heavily cultivated but not exploited, I developed an eclectic taste in creative and performing arts at a fairly young age. My passion for the arts saw its first peak in high school when I competed in several Creative Writing, Poetry Recitation and Shakespeare competitions, going on to acquire local and national acclaim for winning various awards in Theatre Performance and Rhetorical Speaking. My professional creative journey began as a song-writer and music producer in as House of Wine. With a heart containing endless melodies, I produced projects that brought me to New York and allowed me to perform self-written, self-produced jazz-infused soul around the local independent arts scene in Brooklyn and Manhattan. Even with the creative outlet of my music, I sought to learn more about the eccentric culture that was emerging around me and the people who made it magical. Having a slew of artistic friends and pioneers at my disposal in New York, I started my journey as a story-teller with Ramblrr. My interest in Digital Media and Marketing encouraged me to seek new ways to tell these stories, whether it be via photographic essays, documentaries or extensive editorial essays embedded with video. So here I am, musician, journalist, story-teller, lover of adventure, seeker of beauty and all-around creative enthusiast. My goal in life is to continue to create memorable experiences through the stories I tell through music and media.
