Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Blake was chairman and CEO of Willis Stein Telecommunications Acquisition Corp. since 2000. Mr. Blake served as chairman, president and CEO of Orius Corp, a network and infrastructure firm, from June 2001 until February 2003.
