Richard Gonzalez was raised in San Jose California and Has been in the real estate business for five years. Richard grew up in a family business and learned customer service early on. Richard has had the opportunity to travel the world and in made the decision to begin his career in real estate. Richard is part BrokerOwner of Realty World Powerhouse Brokers located in San Jose, California. In Richard became the President of the National Hispanic Organization of Real Estate Associates. A national organization focused on sustainable home ownership though advocacy of education to the public, leadership in organized real estate, and a network of businesses that support the housing industry. Richard was also the past President of HARA the Hispanic Association of REALTORS and Affiliates and was one of the leaders involved in this years merger with NAHREP of Santa Clara County. HARA and NAHREP of SCC merged with the goal to provide better service to the Hispanic community. In Richard launched two community Television shows airing on Comcast cable in San Jose and Campbell. Richardss goal is to continue to reach the community by providing real estate news, wealth building strategies, local information affecting Santa Clara County homeowners, and showcasing local organizations that benefit the community. Richard is currently volunteering at the Santa Clara County Association of REALTORS serving as committee chair for the Strategic Alliance and Diversity Partnership committee and also serves on the Finance and Grievance committee. In Richard began serving as a director for the California Association of REALTORS and continues to do so serving at the state level to help increase home ownership and protect private property rights throughout the state of California. read more ...
