Philip K. Wood has been one of our directors since our inception in January 1997. From August 2004 to January 2006, Mr. Wood was employed by D1 Oils plc as its Chief Executive Officer. From September 1990 through May 2004, Mr. Wood was employed by Reuters and served as Managing Director of Business Development. Prior to joining Reuters, Mr. Wood was a partner at Price Waterhouse, a predecessor to PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. Mr. Wood was on the Board of Directors of Independent Television News Limited until January 2004.
