Two of the greatest muscles in the body is the heart (you know the function of the heart)and the mind (or the brain you know its function)which goes to reason that the absence of vitality in one or the other the body is rendered lifeless. I utilize both of these muscles with intensity, intentionality, rationality and sometimes irrationality (I am a woman), compassion, grace, humilty and caution, basically making sure that they are used in full capacity at all times. Consequently, I believe in the importance of education but find it disheartening at the impasse of which some have to break down in order to achieve it. I believe in the government and the juris prudis per se but I also know that sometimes thier integrity is everything but imppecabble. I believe in the freedom of speech and the power of the persuasive tongue but sometimes the tongue needs to be bridled for there is a time and place for everything.
