Michael J. Flynn, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company since January 1996 and, since January 1997, President and Chief Operating Officer; Director of the Company since December 1991. Chairman of the Board and President of Slattery Associates, Inc. for more than five years prior to joining the Company in 1996. Mr. Flynn is also Chairman of the Board of Directors of Blue Ridge Real Estate/Big Boulder Corporation.
