Mr. Hershey was appointed Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary in March 2005. Prior to his appointment, he spent six years with IKON, most recently as Vice President of Transactional Law. Prior to joining IKON, Mr. Hershey was an Associate in the corporate department of Stradley Ronon Stevens & Young, LLP in Philadelphia.
