I am a contradiction to most of the people who lived the career I did in the Marine Corps. I still run, workout, and try to maintain a similar physique as I had while serving, while most of the other former Marines I knew have opted to not ever run or workout again. I think that is their loss, but still their choice. Most have done so much that they fell justified in their decision and who am I to judge. I got into the fitness industry right before I retired from the Marine Corps and it has really done a lot for me. Now I am just trying to capitalize on my knowledge and experiences. I still have my vices (coffee) and a bit of a sweet tooth, but I offset that with lots of cardio and gym time.I do believe in a healthy lifestyle and poured a lot of that knowledge and passions into my website, Facebook page, Twitter page, and blogs. Someone on Facebook said that I will be wearing out running shoes well into my 70's, well I hope do that and more :-).
