Mark has spent most of his career as an entrepreneur. In 1993, Mark co-founded ExpressPoint Technology Services, Inc, (www.expresspoint.com) a technology logistics company based in Minneapolis, and served as COO, EVP Business Development and Director. ExpressPoint grew from 4 employees at inception to over 400 employees and $60 Million in sales by 1997. In 1999 Mark co-founded Onex Communications in Bedford, MA. Onex developed terabit service processors and switching fabric for the metro/edge multi-service network. Onex was sold to TranSwitch (TXCC) in 2001. Mark is currently a Partner at Delta Capital Partners (www.deltacapitalpartners.com), CEO and Director of Sound Vision, Inc. (www.soundvisioninc.com) a fabless semiconductor company. He is also an advisor to a number of companies including JumpTap, Inc., a mobile search and advertising company (www.jumptap.com), and Aliaswire, Inc. (www.aliaswire.com), a developer of mobile commerce products and services. Mark was a Director of Integrated Healthcare Information Services, Inc. (www.ihcis.com) from its inception to its sale to the Ingenix division of United Healthcare in 2005. Early in his career, Mark spent several years at Advanced Technology Ventures, Ernst & Young and PricewaterhouseCoopers. Markâ€™s companies and clients have raised a total of over $100 million from investors including ATV, General Catalyst, Monitor Clipper Equity Partners, .406 Ventures, Prism Venture Works, Redpoint, Summerhill Venture Partners, Star Ventures, Valhalla, Venrock, and Vesbridge. Mark is supportive and involved in a number of non-profit organizations including American Liver Foundation and The Winsor School. He is currently on the Board of Directors of the Music and Youth Initiative, an organization that funds and develops music clubhouses for disadvantaged youth (www.musicandyouth.org).
