Mr. Alibhai joined our board of directors in July 2002. Mr. Alibhai is presently a Principal of the Gencom Group, a hotel development and ownership company, which he rejoined in June 1999. Mr. Alibhai served as President, Chief Operating Officer and a Director of Wyndham International, Inc. from October 1997 through May 1999. Prior to October 1997, Mr. Alibhai served as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Gencom Group.
