I work with executives and top talent to leverage their strengths to achieve organizational goals and with talent management executives to build leadership capacity and evolve culture. I consult to organizations who want to manage their use of coaching as a development resource. My first book, "The Complete Executive The -Step System for Great Leadership Performance" was released in Sept., . My firm, Parachute Executive Coaching, was one of the first coaching firms able to provide coaching on a national scale. Parachute offers programs including leader development, team effectiveness, executive wellness and retirement coaching. I am a Master Certified Coach, the top designation granted by the International Coach Federation, and I was the first coach to be certified in Canada. I continue to contribute to the development of the profession by mentoring and educating new coaches. Prior to becoming a professional coach I worked in Canada and the US for both publicly traded and privately held Fortune companies so I have had direct experience of the leadership challenges that face many of my clients. I received my MBA from the Ivey School of Business, and my BA in Economics from Western University. I completed coach training from two leading accredited schools and have taught for both schools. I am trained in numerous assessment instruments including Birkman and Winslow, and I worked with Dr. Martin Seligman in the first cohort of coaches trained in his positive psychology-based coaching program. I have worked extensively with numerous feedback survey tools and qualitative insight processes. I am also a Certified Health Coach from the Institute of Integrated Nutrition. I am a nationally published columnist, a frequent contributor to various media and a sought after keynote speaker.
