I am a lifetime technology enthusiast with a passion for mobile devices and applications. Currently I spend my free time in web development, experimenting in graphic design, and staying current with new technologies. Medical background For several years I worked as an ER Tech, where I assisted MDs and RNs with patient care and procedures. I was heavily relied on as a resource for anything and everything. Life in the E.R. is fast pace and things do not always run smoothly. Critical equipment can either stop working or, as a teaching facility, operator error can occur during the on-boarding process. With my passion for technology, I naturally developed an understanding of all equipment which I was in charge of storing and maintaining. I helped streamline the use of (adjusting settings troubleshooting) equipment during critical moments of patient care as well as training new employees. Respiratory Therapy As a member of a multi-disciplinary team, I helped manage the cardio-pulmonary status of patients on life-saving machinery such as mechanical ventilators, iNO, and ECMO. I take pride in being knowledgeable of my skills set and on being the go-to for problem-solving and resource gathering.
