Since , I have been helping people in one capacity or another. From a rural setting to working with the homeless, those with addictions, and the hard to house in Saskatoon's urban core, I have found myself listening, understanding and helping people find what they are looking for. Those question range from esoteric questions about the meaning of life to the immediate concerns over where my next meal is going to come from. It's a challenge and one I enjoy. When I see a problem, I like to try to solve it. Whether it is new ways of doing things, implementing best practices or starting new programs and initiatives, I want to do what's best for others and the people I serve. Change can be difficult but I find that if you are open and honest with people and listen to their concerns and input, not only does it help everyone adjust but it is a far easier transition. read more ...
