My usual routine has been breakfast 9-9:30, dinner 6-6:30, so if I took Ofev with meals it would be 9 and 15 hr intervals rather than 12-12. I begin the day with two Prilosec, then in an hour, my OFEV, then I take two anti-diarrheal tablets each morning, mid-morning. OFEV again at night, usually within an hour of the required 12 hour wait span.
