I enjoy the challenge of creating usable software and hardware interaction designs as well as writing documents that hit the mark with readers. I believe, it's all about your audience. Call them your customer, consumer, user, target market or whatever. The label doesn't matter BUT how they think, how they work, how they play and how they approach technology DOES.
