Eric Cumbee is the founder and president of Colony Data Services. A seasoned political campaign leader, Eric served as Field Director for Herman Cain's Georgia Republican primary Senate campaign and Political Deputy for Georgia State Senator Greg Goggans during the 2004 campaign season. During 2006, he served as a Political Deputy and Information Technology Director for former Georgia Congressman Max Burns. In addition to these roles, Eric has consulted on website and information technology strategies with numerous campaigns. In addition to his political experience, he is a veteran computer analyst. Eric graduated from Georgia Southern University in December 2008 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Information Technology with concentrations in Network Administration and Telecommunications and an additional minor in Technology and Political Analysis. A native of Fitzgerald, Ga, Eric is a 2003 graduate of Fitzgerald High School. He attained the rank of Eagle Scout, Boy Scouts highest honor, while a member of Troop 879. He is also an alumni of the prestigious National Rural Electric Washington Youth Tour. In his spare time, he is an avid motorsports fan and can be caught on Saturdays at Allen E.
