I'm an Instructional Designer at the Johns Hopkins University School of Nursing. I've been supporting faculty with innovative solutions for teaching and learning for over 10 years and have worked with undergraduate, graduate, doctoral and continuing education students. I have extensive e-Learning experience with Web-CT, Desire 2 Learn, Sakai and Blackboard. Although much of my work has focused on technological solutions, I believe pedagogical principles should guide all teaching decisions.I have a master's degree from Ohio State in Education Policy and Leadership with a focus on Instructional Design and Technology.
